focusing on one thing
been thinking about these two phrases a lot. I think I got them from the modern wisdom newsletter. printed them out and taped them in my writing notebook. I remember as a kid hearing the phrase "if what you're doing doesn't get you to where you want to go, why are you doing it?".
Eveeything, literally everything, is reps. focus.
